Agreement and role

Amatip Gleezip provides a digital platform that enables users to request, receive, and pay for transportation, taxi, park, driver, delivery, and related mobility services offered by independent drivers or fleets. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Amatip Gleezip is not the direct provider of the transportation service and is not a common carrier, employer, or transportation operator.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a standard account, unless Amatip Gleezip offers a guardian-authorised teen product in your market. You may not use the platform if you are barred from receiving the services under applicable law.

Accounts and identity

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for safeguarding your credentials, and for promptly reporting unauthorised access.

Booking and platform use

The platform may use automated matching and routing tools. Amatip Gleezip does not guarantee driver availability, ETA accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Estimated times and prices are estimates unless the app states a fixed price.

Pricing and payment

Amatip Gleezip charges 10% of payment services. You authorise Amatip Gleezip and its payment providers to process your selected payment method for fares, tolls, taxes, tips, platform fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, cleaning or damage charges, chargeback recoveries, and other disclosed charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grace period: A rider may cancel without fee before a driver accepts or within the app-disclosed grace period.

After acceptance: If the rider cancels after acceptance, a cancellation fee may apply as shown in the app.

No-show: If the rider fails to appear within the pickup waiting period, the trip may be marked no-show and charged.

Fare disputes: Users must raise fare disputes within 14 days.

Driver Agreement

Nature of relationship: Drivers are independent contractors or independent transport businesses, not employees, agents, joint venturers, or franchisees of Amatip Gleezip.

Insurance: The driver must maintain motor vehicle liability insurance and any other minimum coverage stated in the Driver Standards Schedule.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate immediately for safety risk, fraud, expired documents, failed KYC, user complaints, or material breach.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, impersonate another person, circumvent platform controls, harass or discriminate against any user, or scrape/reverse engineer the service.

Liability & Indemnity

Amatip Gleezip’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the platform shall not exceed the greater of the total platform fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event or USD 100.

KYC / Verification Policy

Riders may require enhanced verification for high-value journeys. For Drivers, enhanced verification is mandatory, including government ID, selfie match, insurance proof, and vehicle inspection evidence.

Law-Enforcement Procedure

Central intake: Management@gleezip.com. Emergency requests require certification of imminent death or serious physical injury risk. We may preserve specified records for 90 days.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply based on your residence.
